Mike Psomas, CPA – Founding Partner
Michael T. Psomas, CPA, is president of Audit Prep Services, LLC, which provides a support system for public and private companies that need help preparing for their financial statement audits, and interacting with their auditors during the audit process.
This includes coordination and planning with the audit firm, documentation of client positions, account reconciliation, and preparation of audit schedules, checklists required by the auditors, financial statements, and the financial sections of SEC filings.
The firm specializes in working with companies dealing with new challenges, such as going public, taking a new investment, buying another company or selling the company.
Mike is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University, with a degree in Accounting.
