Andy Tomat – Founder & Managing Director
Andy has over 25 years of experience in M&A and new business development at large corporations like Teradyne, Canon and PerkinElmer, and several startups.
During his career he has executed over $1 billion in transactions in the United States and abroad.
He has screened hundreds of potential opportunities, making detailed assessments of markets, valuations, synergy, deal structures and negotiations. Acquisitions he oversaw doubled the market cap of the acquiring company, and all continue to be successful.
He also oversaw the sale of a major division of a technology company to a Japanese acquirer.
Andy has an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Connecticut School of business, and a BA in Physics and Mathematics from Cornell University.
